Nourishing the earth, growing a greener future

Central Idea

Sustainable producton practices can contribute to reducing food waste and promoting food security.

Problem

We identified the following problems that we hope to solve.

  • Personal

    In our homes, ingredients, leftovers and other perishable items are not stored properly.

  • Local:

    At CIA,Student waste food given during lunch. This is usually trashed.

  • Global:

    Food waste from companies and restaurant and from farms due to lack of storage which lead to hunger.
